I use a range of terms. When Pope Benedict called it the 'Extraordinary Form of the Roman Rite' this was a legislative act: he established that all priests of the Roman Rite could say it. The Ambrosian Rite has far more in common with the Traditional Roman Rite than the Novus Ordo.
