SCT Summer School Mass in Arundel Cathedral

For the feast of the Dedication of Our Lady of the Snows we had Sung Mass in Arundel Cathedral.
It is a fine church with a great accoustic. It was built as a parish church by a Duke of Norfolk (it is close to Arundel Castle, one of the Duke's homes). Since the canonisation of St Philip Howard, one of the present Duke's ancestors, his shrine was established in the church (by then a Cathedral) and the dedication changed from St Philip Neri to St Philip Howard (& Our Lady).
They have some very fine vestments.
After Mass we had a look at the parish church of St Nicholas, whose chancel belongs to the Duke of Norfolk, and has remained Catholic - an almost unique situation.

More and better pictures will appear when I get home!
