The monthly Pro-Life Witness took place today, by the Catholic church of St Anthony of Padua. The main group of people stood by the road leading to the John Radcliffe Hospital, praying the Rosary (led by Fr John Saward); others prayed before the Blessed Sacrament,
which was exposed in the Church. Thanks to Fr Aldo Tapparo, the Parish Priest. The witness took place from 3 to 4pm, at the end of which we all returned to the church to the Blessed Sacrament, until Fr Tapparo blessed us with it and returned it to the Tabernacle. There were refreshments afterwards in the Church Hall.
The next witness will be on Saturday 30th June, 3-4pm. Please support us!

ReplyDeleteWe have a regular vigil prayer at my parish as we have an abortion mill in the same street as our church.
Our PP leads a Good Friday march to the clinic-which is doing business even on that day- and we pray the rosary.
