Dr Mary Berry's funeral will take place in Dorchester on Thames, with a Traditional Sung Requiem.The Requiem will be in Dorchester Abbey, at
2pm Monday (12th May).
She will be buried in the graveyard of St Birinus, which is close to the Abbey Church.
Dr Berry was awarded the CBE and a papal medal 'Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice' for her work preserving and promoting Gregorian Chant. She led a Chant Training Day in Oxford in 2006. Her obituary in The Times can be read here.
